This is the second time I’m entering such a great creation by God, but the atmosphere is still overwhelming. One of the many perks of being in the School of Sports, you’ll get to experience things that others will never have the chance to. This is an example - awesome experience, I swear.
#1 - Taller than me when I wear heels/soccer boots.
#2 - An awesome sense of humour.
#3 - Respects religion, elderly, my friends and me.
#4 - Loves the outdoors and at least, a sport.
That’s not too much to ask for, is it? :)
5 special people that you’ve made friends w this year
Blearghhhh, my tumblr challenge is officially a failure. I can’t make up my mind and choose five. At different moments throughout this year, all of you either mean so much or at least mean something, to me. <3
001 - I’m coulrophobic. Worst (and most recent experience) was while I was working at a local theme park on Children’s Day. My own friend was supposed to dress up as that horrible ghoul and I literally ran away, crying like a little girl. This is not a joking matter.
002 - I’m a picky eater. For example, I’m allergic to seafood, I hate the smell of durians and a normal Zinger, is pedas for me. So you can roughly gauge my tolerance level for spicy food >.<
003 - My dad died when I was four. Sometimes I wish he was still around, but sometimes I feel like it’s better that he’s not around anymore.
004 - Because of my jaw operation and the metal brace that holds them together, I can’t pronounce the letter D, CH and anything that has an R before a consonant. Don’t laugh.
005 - If I could choose another sport as a profession, I’d pick rugby without hesitating. I don’t know why but, rugby has this really interesting vibe to it and it’s not as overrated as soccer. Quite a number of my friends are ruggers and I get really jealous looking at how well they play. I play fun touch and contact on Sundays, but that’s not the same as making it your niche sport, yknw? I wish I had been exposed to rugby when I was younger.
006 - Oh, I was born in Malaysia while my parents were on holiday. I’m still pissed with them for not choosing a better country but, my grandpa’s kampung was there so, yeah. I still wish they had visited Spain or England, yknw?
#1, The Outdoors
No string of words can describe the incredible gush of satisfaction that I get whenever I’m close to nature. I love how being outdoors can never fail to let me learn something new with every step that I take, and I can never be bored when I’m out. I can have my fallen face-planted to a wall full of fungus, or falling butt first trying to desperately catch my breath swimming into a rapid, and still loving every slimy, sick bit of it - that’s how much being close to nature means to me.
#2, Soccer
No matter what sports you play, (be it by choice or not) you will always be updated about soccer. I’m not being biased here, but I believe that soccer is the international language of the world, and I bet most of you do too. I am one of the few girls who cannot live without soccer, especially since my whole life revolves around the sport.
#3, Snapshots
I love taking photos, more of the people around me rather than myself. Being behind the camera, that’s definitely a great feel. I can smile along, but I don’t have to worry about not looking good because all I have to do is capture the moments that I see through that lens. And for those who know me well enough, I don’t go anywhere without a camera. I wouldn’t want to miss any single day of my life because the best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do.
#4, Long Conversations
I appreciate these, because if somebody chooses to keep the conversation alive = they are making an effort.
#5, Random Jokes
I cannot live without making these outbursts, I swear. I need to constantly crack something up, somewhere, anywhere. Hahaha.
#6, Roti Prata
These things are probably the best food ever invented in the history of flour. I’m not exactly a picky eater, but I don’t really have a say in the choice of food that I can eat - I’m allergic to seafood, and I can’t handle spicy food. With all that restrictions on my food menu, the prata’s kinda my lifesaver, seeing how so many different types of dishes can be made just from that wonderful piece of flat flour. Hehe. And the close ones know how I have my own special way of eating these things ^^v
#7, The Internet
Need I say more? :)
